Downloading ESRI basemap and setting it up for offline usage was not a problem. The problems lies when I wanted to add a couple feature layers as part of the basemap. I’ve had a series of problem trying to setup customized map for offline usage. I was unable to download the map via offline as it constantly gives me an error message and suggest that basemap projection does not match tiled layer projection. I’ve checked the dataframe within the mxd used to share as tiled package (WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere).
